Making these collages was a new chapter in my art journey.

Sometimes my paintings did not turned out exactly how I wanted it to be and that is how the collage idea started. By cutting, pasting and reorganising the stripes I cut from these paintings,  I was now able to use the best parts of the paintings into new work. 

I was thrilled by the idea and enjoyed making the new combinations, which felt to me as making a mosaic.
